Some business owners in Strandhill have warned against moving ahead with the controversial Strandhill Enhancement Project.
Earlier this week, Councillors voted for the project to proceed, paving the way for a series of changes designed to revitalise the coastal village, including a reduction of car parking at the seafront.
Despite council assurances that the changes will benefit tourism and the local environment in the long run, not everyone is convinced.
