Like others in the food business, the eaterie and shop have been hit with ever increasing costs which has made doing business all the more challenging!
Last week, a number of Waterford restaurants received a letter from a prominent local supplier outlining price hikes, on meat, chicken and butter products amongst others.
'Deise Today' has been talking to a number of people in the Waterford food business about how general increased costs are affecting them.
