We’re chatting to rising Cavan comedian Darren Gaffney. At just 27, he’s already running his own comedy club Bite The Bullet across Dublin and Cavan, sharing stages with some of the biggest names in Irish comedy, and earning rave reviews for his solo show at the Edinburgh Fringe.
