On this weeks episode, Jay McGuinness is here to talk us through his current role working alongside the Reds, and the role he played in the 2019 promotion season.
Jay is currently running the "Football Coaching & Sporting Events" Diploma based out of ALSAA. The course has various modules, covering a wide range of topics and themes, from sport, to business, to personal development.
It is open to anybody and everybody aged 17 and above, and there is a training allowance available to all participants.
