Tony was recently announced as the new Community Officer of Shelbourne FC, and he's here with Ste to talk about the role.
Tony is no stranger to Shels, having held a similar role in the late 90's, and he talks to us about the hard working Ollie Byrne, as well has how he got into his first role in full time football.
Bringing it to the present day, Tony talks about how important it's going to be to gain the trust of local clubs and schools, and the importance of not making promises the club can't deliver on.
Tony also talks about how important it is that the club is built on a solid foundation, and how success on the pitch can't be the only thing getting people through the turnstiles.
