On 29 November 2018 the Cambridge Family Law team and Mills & Reeve held a discussion for students wishing to gain an insight into family law in practice.
Lawyers from the Mills & Reeve family law team presented a case study very pertinent to the end of the Michaelmas term, showing how financial remedies on divorce are handled in practice and highlighting the current quirks, quibbles and preoccupations of the Family Division.
