Preacher: The Rev’d James Ridge, Managing Chaplain, HMP Wayland
James is currently the Managing Chaplain at HMP Wayland in Norfolk where hehas been since August 2016 and before that he was at HMP Chelmsford for seven years including three and a half as Managing Chaplain there. Prior to that, he was in Parish ministry in North Essex. Aside from Criminal Justice and associated issues he has an interest in Liturgy, an eclectic taste in music and a fascination with all things mechanical from clocks to cars and especially with anything bearing an Aston Martin badge. He is married to Ruth who is a Methodist Minister and they have one son who is five.
