Eric quickly turned his entrepreneurial spirit toward flipping homes. Initially self-taught through the internet, he purchased his first flip in 2020 and has since specialized in mid-century renovation, completing numerous successful projects. Now with Portfolio Real Estate, Eric credits mentors like Samantha Tov and Judy Cuong for helping him grow while also serving on SAR's YPN Committee and the AREAA Board of Directors. Rooted in Elk Grove with strong family ties, Eric is passionate about networking, mentoring, and one day building a subdivision of mid-century modern homes.
