On this episode of Housekeys, we're joined by Keisha "Kee" Mathews, a broker, entrepreneur, and community leader with a powerful and unconventional path into real estate. Keisha began her career in graphic design, later transitioning into the general contracting industry, where she gained expertise in construction, permits, and the business aspects of building. In 2003, she transitioned into real estate, spent over a decade at Century 21, and eventually opened her own brokerage in 2014. Keisha brings a distinct perspective on how fast the industry is changing and why many agents struggle to keep up.
