Today James and Sam sit down with Paul Hill. Paul has been cooking at the highest level for nearly 30 years, starting at the Savoy Grill and working his way through to 2* Michelin restaurants. He'sĀ been a personal chef to a private family for over 20 years, providing all the nutrition and advice for all ages.
