Made with gingerbread spices and molasses, these cookies are made in a variety of shapes i.e. gingerbread man, snowflake, Christmas tree, snowman, and reindeer, etc. These cookies can be a wonderful edible gift for friends and family.
Ingredients: Serving (24 Standard size cookies)
1. 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour + extra for dusting
2. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3. 2 Teaspoons cinnamon powder
4. 2 Teaspoons ginger powder
5. 1 Teaspoon nutmeg powder
6. Dash of salt
7. 1/2 cup coconut oil
8. 1/2 cup brown sugar
9. 1/2 cup molasses
10. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
11. 1/4 cup almond milk
12. 1 1/2 cup icing sugar
13. 1 teaspoon cream of tartar/lemon juice
14. 2 1/2 tablespoons water
