I'm choosing to use this platform to showcase amazing people in my life, like Kat McKenzie, co-owner of the "The Real Grocer".
Kat shares with us the eating disorder she navigated as a young girl & how it helped inform the person she is today, running a whole foods health foods store. She chooses to eat intuitively these days and embraces a holistic mind, body, soul philosophy to life.
Of course, we both share our approaches to parenting and how we both choose to guide our children with their eating choices. Kat used meditation, her manifesting powers, gratitude & vision boards to bring her dream to life, and even though it took courage to get the "The Real Grocer" up and going, her business which she owns with her husband Josh, is thriving in the Golden Beach community.
It takes a lot of courage to create a business, so I loved listening to Kat to share with me, how she summoned the courage to do this for herself. We also dive into what it's like to work with her husband & how it has impacted both their lives. Tune into see how accurately her manifesting vision has come to life.......it's really incredible and Kat shows us her proof that manifesting is working for her in her life. We also touch on how Kat transformed the way she uses products in her home, which support the environment & support our well-being, knowing that we are supporting future generations as well.
