In today’s podcast episode, Kat Moecks and I reflect on our inaugural Sacred Soul Sanctuary 2024 Balinese Retreat with our amazing guests. We share with you what we loved most about hosting our first ever international retreat, our individual highlights of our time together as well our excitement for Bali 2.0 our second Sacred Soul Sanctuary from the 11-17th October this year.
Kat’s biggest highlights was the connection with our group, our group’s connection has been so powerful that we are all still very much connected in our group chat….and of course with Kat, being a sound healer, she also loved our sacred sound healing at the Pyramids of Chi.
My highlight was definitely how much FUN we had, who knew a spiritual retreat could be so much FUN? We also got to host a floating pool meditation overlooking the Ubud tropical landscape, listening to the sounds of nature, which was exquisite.
And the water purification ceremony, massages and the amazing food, oh the food!
