I have created and continue create my own well-being rituals, which fit into my life and suit my schedule, first and foremost, otherwise, it feels too hard for me and I want it to feel easy and be something I enjoy doing each day.



In saying this, there are days, today is one of these days actually, when I can’t be bothered as well, so I feel it’s important that I listen to my body, tune into her needs and make my decisions from this place.



It has taken me some years to discover for myself, that when I prioritise happiness, health & the fun stuff in my life, life feels better & more importantly, I feel better in my own skin.



I don't know anyone, who doesn't want to feel good in their life and for my well-being rituals support me with this in my own life.



I really enjoyed creating this episode for you, and my well-being rituals a beautiful  blend of spiritual rituals, physical well-being rituals, mindset tools and practical lifestyle tools which together, help my life to flow more easily.
