Self care is a lifestyle choice. We get to choose how we show up for ourselves in each and every moment; through our words, our thoughts and our actions.
Each moment presents new opportunities and it is up to us to accept opportunities for what they are.

I understand that it can be overwhelming to manage your self care in the middle of a crazy week. However, I find small activities such as a small walk in nature and a mini meditation take up minimal time; but ease myself into self care to get me back on track to live my best life.
Self care is a choice; however it is a choice you can make for yourself. Self care allows you to show up as your best physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally, day to day.
