Sound Healer Kat Moecks, uses crystal sound bowls as her favourite way to meditate and we’re coming together to host a beautiful meditation circle for you on Sunday, 29th August.
Today I’m introducing you to this vibrant multi-passionate entrepreneur, who runs a successful cleaning business, VIP Sunshine Coast Cleaning and is now launching her wellness business, VIP Wellness and I’m grateful to be a small part of her journey.
Kat and I met at beautiful 2 day event, when we sat next to each other. Since then, we've become beautiful friends, I call her my Soul Sister, I've had the pleasure of welcoming her into my healing room & we recently enjoyed a weekend away together with my Soul Sister Circle family.
I love supporting my friends holistic wellness passions and I love Kat's vibrant energy for everything she does, she really is a ray of sunshine, who beams positivity, but I think what I love most is her enthusiasm for life.
Her children are her inspiration, something I understand all too well.
