I’m a big believer that our well-being is our responsibility, no matter what is going on in our life.



We get to choose how we want to feel, even if that means we are feeling frustrated or angry, we are choosing this for ourselves.



When I realised that I am choosing in each moment how I feel, I really started paying much closer attention to when  



-          When I left myself wallow in self pity

-          When I opened up to take on other people’s low vibrational feelings

-          When I soaked up other people’s high vibe feelings

-          What I was doing, when I started feeling low, anxious or sad

-          I started paying attention to my feelings, took full responsibility for this in my life and this has helped to transform the way I live my life today.
