Willy uses kindness, punching a pillow and screaming to help manage overwhelm, rather than taking out our stress on our loved ones.
The emotional triggers both Willy and I are experiencing, whilst, we are all staying at home, with more time to look within ourselves and heal on a deeper level.
We all have the capacity to heal and teach ourselves.
