In today's episode I talk about the reality of how fresh starts, and endings, present in our lives (it's never neat and tidy like in a book or movie!) and how to nurture ourselves through these changes. I offer a "phase in - phase out" ritual to help us cleanse our life of what we no longer want - and bring in the new beginning we are craving. I also go off on a little tangent (again) about how we need to stop doing the toxic bypassing thing about the Death card and allow ourselves to acknowledge endings.
