Gino has always focused on coaching entrepreneurial leadership teams to get the most out of their businesses. He leads by example, having successfully grown and sold part of his business—a dream of every entrepreneur. But getting to witness, experience, and teach what makes a successful entrepreneur gave him the necessary tools to revisit the first part of that journey; the entrepreneurial leap. He explores this concept in his latest book, which is broken into three major sections titled "Confirm," "Glimpse," and "Path." It is designed to take readers on a journey and help them figure out whether or not they have what it takes to pursue entrepreneurship.
