So I kind of just had to step up and step in at this point. Yeah, that's amazing. There's this quote that I actually have on a sticky note, in my office that constantly reminds me, but it's like, what got you here won't get you there. And so it's almost like you had to, you were here in this spot, and you were doing well. But to become that like, front-facing guy, you know, running the brand and face of the brand, if you had to become somebody different, you had to basically learn a new set of skills. And I think that's really powerful, too, for all those that are listening, because no matter where you are, if you're making a transition, I know there's a lot of people listening that, you know, recently made a transition as like a brick and mortar, whether they were a gym owner, or they did brick and mortar type things. And now they're in this online space where they may be trying to do some of the same things. They were doing brick and mortar, which doesn't necessarily translate 100%, which is a great segue if I know a bit about what you do, obviously, because I actually hired Jesse and his team, which they're amazing.

We're just constantly chasing leads every single day. It's like, gotta hit a quota of you know, and you end up being like a boiler room versus a transformation company. Right? Yeah, I love your approach. You know, it's like, taking that in person, workshop seminar event. And just bringing it online. It's friggin amazing. Yeah. And then also, like, most people have these beliefs, right. And it's all about shifting beliefs, creating new ones. And so most people, when you say, like, you can create a seven figure online business without selling every single day. That's really weird for a lot of people to hear that, like, What do you mean, right? Like, how would you be able to create like a million dollar business without selling something every single day. And the reality is, it's done all the time. And so the way that we position this, you sell one time per month, and that's where you make your sales, you condense your sales cycle to this one, kind of like this event. And that's where, you know, you make the bulk of your cash flow, the bulk of your sales, you onboard the most amount of people. And then the next month you do it again, like what we did is we really because this is my childhood of what I grew up in, is we modeled the in person live events.

Do I have a real system in place? Or am I just scattering all my marketing and sales to try to get clients? And so we create systems. And our system is a very specific system that works for very specific people who want to guide, coach, instruct people, but that's most transformational coaches, like most coaches want to do more of that. But they don't realize that that can be part of their marketing and sales. Yeah. And by the way, the first thing you said is definitely like a tweetable.

But what happens is, they teach these strategies of going out and always getting leads, and which is great. And it's a great model. And not saying you shouldn't ever do that. But I think a lot of scarcity comes into play where it's like, what if I don't do that, and I just do cohorts, or I just do these one time events and get all my sales at the end? I think there's a little bit of a scarcity, maybe or some kind of block that prevents people from wanting to do that sometimes versus doing the I got to DM 50 people a day kind of approach. Yeah. And I think it again comes from experience, right? It's like, from my experience, I could never imagine doing it that way. Like that's not how I built my multiple seven figure business doing over 40 plus million dollars. Like we never did it that way, right? It's all about experience and what you've done and what you're comfortable with, right? So you're comfortable with seeing these leads come in every day. And it's not like we don't get leads every single day. Like that's not like how we operate our business. Like we have a lead system, we have a sales system.
“Do I have a real system in place? Or am I just scattering all my marketing and sales to try to get clients?”
