So if you have the same audience, let's say we like to use Facebook groups, whether you have a Facebook group or not, this applies let's say you have a Facebook group, and you have 100 people in your Facebook group, and you're putting out content and you're wondering, Why is no one engaging? Or why does he get engagement, like, you just get a couple people liking and loving stuff, it's because your audience hasn't grown. And Facebook's quickly going to determine the algorithm is quickly going to determine these 10 people are interested, these 90 people have shown they're not interested. Therefore, these 90 people don't see your stuff anymore, it's almost impossible to grow that engagement, if your audience isn't growing. Same thing on your personal profile. If you're putting out posts, and maybe you've got 2000 Friends, you put out a post, and you typically get I don't know 30 likes, and you know, eight comments, you're probably noticing a trend, it's the same people commenting all the time, same people liking, it's because your algorithm has learned who's most likely to comment and like.

The way a lot of people market in the industry, so I want to ask some questions. But one thing I'm curious about is now that you know everything that you know, right, and I know a lot of coaches here, they're either, like, just getting started, they made that transition, right. And so they're trying to get to that first, like $10,000 per month range online. And then we have quite a bit of the audience who 've already done that. And now they're really trying to scale right. So it's like, I know, there's two different categories. But if you can go back to when you first started, like, what's one piece of advice that you would give yourself when it comes to acquiring clients that you can give to the audience today? Yeah, without a doubt, it would be to know my numbers, know my numbers, I'd recommend everyone here know your numbers. So let's start with the 10,000 a month coach who wants to 10k. Let's do some reverse engineering of that. Let's just say you're selling your program at 2k. So you need to get five sales in a month at 10k. Then hopefully, you know what your closing rate is, if you get on a call, what percentage of people you're close to, let's just say you're 50%, you're good, closer, close at 50%, you need to get on 10 sales calls. So you need to get on two to three sales calls per week. How are you doing that? How are you getting on those two to three sales calls, hopefully, you know the number before that, how many conversations you need to get into that will generate those two to three sales calls. Because the cool thing is, it's all a numbers game. Like once you know those numbers, let's say you know that if you get into 20 conversations with actual prospects, you'll get on two to three sales calls, then you hit 10k.

So I'd encourage you to think about it first , everyone knows this, you got to know who it is that you're targeting, don't just go out and randomly start asking people. But no, you're going to target and then think about how many of those friend requests you're going to send out, and then track it. So we talked about this all the time, my business is built around testing, I send out 50 friend requests, I only know that 20 People are going to accept because we've tested it, imagine that you send a 50 friend request and two people accept there's a problem, and there's something wrong and it's either you or it's them, either. It's you, there's something on your profile that is scaring people away.

Go out and find those women who connect with them, get them into conversation, and then boost your algorithm by doing reciprocity is one of the things that we talked about, you know, we get into this conversation. So we know people are seeing our content. But at the same time, our UniPro software goes out and gauges their content. So get this, I can nerd out about this stuff. When you become friends with someone, you have a week to two, where they're going to see your content, you engage them in Messenger, now, that's a three to four week time span, as you start engaging on their content, that time span can be elongated indefinitely. If I keep engaging on your content, Facebook sees we're connected, and it's going to show my content to you. And so our software does all that automatically.

“You're going to target and then think about how many of those friend requests you're going to send out, and then track it. So we talked about this all the time, my business is built around testing. I sent out 50 friend requests, I only know that 20 People are going to accept because we've tested it.”
