Today, we're going to be going into the Facebook Live secret that no one is talking about. And as I was just mentioning, before I hit record on the live stream, I call it a secret because not too many people are teaching this, not too many people are talking about this. And this is significantly hurting coaches and entrepreneurs that are trying to get leads, they're trying to get clients from their online marketing, it's significantly killing their sales, and they're killing their chances of getting leads. So I'm going to share this with you today. And I really hope that it resonates, I really hope that this lands with you, because this changed everything for me back in my own fitness business, and significantly helped us grow. So I really hope that this helps you as well. So the big idea here is that a lot of coaches, and I know this is very true for me, we're putting out content all the time, right? It's like we've been told, it's like some of us, I was told you had to post three times a day on your Facebook and Instagram account, just to get traction, right, which is complete bullshit excuse my language, right? It's complete BS. And we had to really give, like, extreme value massive value all of the time.

But you can also think of it as a big industry norm, right? Like, which could be like, you know, in the weight loss space, it could be like, you have the diet, right? That's an industry norm. That'd be an example of that. What is that big industry norm or that biggest mistake? Like in my fitness business, the biggest mistake was my ideal clients thought they had to eat friggin 600 calories, right? It was crazy, but that was what they were doing. And so that's the first piece. And then the second piece of the Y formula are the frustrations, right? The frustrations in the wants, if you don't know if you can't, if you can't articulate and communicate the biggest frustrations and wants, you're going to have a really hard time, like relating to people, right, like I just talked about at the beginning of this episode, a massive frustration for us as coaches is if we're putting out content, and it's not getting seen, like how bad does that suck when we're like literally spending time going live, doing content, and it's going on scene it like at that point, it really feels like we're doing all this work, and we're not getting paid for it. Right? And so I know this frustration, because I lived through it before. And what do we want, we obviously want to get leads when we go live, we want to get leads through our content in general, so we can help more people. So what are the frustrations, and the ones like take some time and write those down? You know, and if you're on the live stream, put them in the comments. Okay. And that's the reason that you want to start with why this is the first thing that you have to do if you want to shift perspectives. The thing is, people are guarded. And we have to help them lower their guard if you want to shift their perspective, right, we have these things called egos. And so we have to help dismantle, I don't know if it's the best word to use this mantle, the ego and lower the guard so we can have people open to receiving. And then what we want to do is what I call the what formula, okay, we have the why formula than the what formula is going to be where we're going to be sharing an undeniable truth, we're going to share an undeniable truth, you shouldn't be sharing something like if you try to shift somebody's perspective, through a false truth, or whatever you could call it, it's called manipulation.

Okay, and so you want to try to inspire them or you will least want to give a metaphor that's going to be somewhat engaging for them. So that's your aha moment. Makes sense. Right? So that is not all of it. But that's a good chunk that you could go and practice today. So if you want to practice this, again, this is like game changing. And of course it takes work to master it. Like this is what we teach people in the man coach program is mastering these skills. Right? So you have to be patient with yourself if you do this one time and you butcher it. It's totally okay. It's called human. So it takes mastery alright, but if you can out there today and you practice in your next live video. Like, think about the biggest mistake somebody is making, what are their frustrations? What are their wants, you want to communicate those to them? Okay in your video, and then think about what is that big aha moment? Right? So somebody in, for example, was eating healthy, right? They're eating 600 calories, but like healthy foods, my aha moment may be eating REITs right, you got to get the right calories, you got to get the right proportions. Right. That may have been my big aha moment. And I would have painted with a metaphor.
