2020 has already stretched us in many ways as entrepreneurs. With COVID19 many business owners had to quickly pivot or close up shop altogether. In the wake of that, many who had already built a strong community around their brand had people who were ready and willing to support them through a challenging time. Then in the wake of the murders of Black Americans by the police, and subsequent protests, business owners had to decide when and how to speak to their communities.
In this episode I'm joined my Social Media Strategist and Mentor Kia Young to explain how to build a strong community around your business, and how to speak to them in meaningful and real ways during national conversations.
