Jesus' opponents attempt to trap him but as Jesus escapes their trap, he also teaches us something profound about how we relate to God: We belong to God - He created us, He rescued us, bought us back from the trouble we'd gotten ourselves into. Jesus calls us to give back to God what belongs to him: everything.
