Description

Traditional sales are all TELLING and Selling.  Wouldn't be better to know what your customer wanted or needed before you started blasting them with all the great things about your product or service?  And when you are the customer, can you imagine a salesperson actually asking you what you needed rather than hammering you with all the great features and benefits of their products?  Selling is not telling.  Selling is mostly listening.
