Description

For years, I have heard well-intended counselors and leaders prescribe that the way to manage your fears is to attempt to take those thoughts captive and 'just believe the truth'. The problem is that those fears just keep creeping back in and occupying your thoughts.  In episode 009 you get a plan on how to manage your Fears & Fantasies.  Now, I will show you how and why it works better than attempting to argue in your mind with your fears.
