It is our role to give our clients a proper opportunity to 'Say No!" Often times clients will react with a reflex response of No.  In addition, it is our burden to respectfully make them aware of what they are saying no to.  After you have given your client a proper and complete understanding of what they are saying no to, let them say no.  They will be grateful for your being respectful, thorough, and your attention to detail.
