A great example is when Tiger Woods story making an adjustment to his swing rather than telling him how to swing like somebody else. 90% of sales training is keeping what you have and 10% is making adjustments. What you have is fantastic perfecting. The primary goal is focusing on perfecting perfection all the while keeping the great things you are already doing.
