25 aastat tagasi, jaanuaris 1994 sai Eesti tagasi oma ajaloolise saatkonna hoone Helsingis. See oli üldse esimene saatkonnahoone, mille Eesti Vabariik oma ajaloos rajas, valmimisaasta oli 1933.
