• It is important to have a playbook and to operate in a market with proven success.
• People should not underestimate the importance of fundraising, although it is not easy for everyone.
• Have an automated system in place to get investors knowledgeable and excited about your company. 
• Present your company in a way that makes them want to invest and do not cross investors.
• Paving the way to scale
• If a business is able to scale, it does not require more work - it's simply a matter of pouring more gas on the fire.

• Different people have different styles, and it's important to be authentic in order to be successful.
• Be wary of the signs of a recession. Real estate investors should be aware of this.
• Interest rates are rising because of inflation and political pressure, and it's important to put this in context.
• Cash flow depreciation, passive income, and having a portfolio of only high-yield investments are all benefits of building a business around a specific goal.
• Your focus should be on raising capital, primarily, not anything else.
