In my experience as a divorce coach, one of the biggest reasons that stop women from leaving abusive relationships is admitting to themselves that their relationship is indeed abusive. This is particularly the case when they're educated, when they have husbands with good jobs, where there's plenty of money, status and they're climbing the corporate ladder.

Admitting that your husband is abusive to you is extremely difficult. It's shaming, embarrassing and you don't know what to do about it. In this episode, we're going to look at two of the reasons why you get hooked in this relationship and why you find it so difficult to leave.
