Our favorite quotes from today’s episode are “any small movement counts as movement towards teaching your kid to sleep. It doesn’t have to be some large, grandeious act.” and “sleep is a skill that can be taught and learned, and just because you have a certain diagnosis in your family, that doesn’t mean that you’ll never sleep again.”
