It is difficult to explain the amazing value that comes from the classes the Centre offers. The classes help us to wake up---and shake things up.
As new things come along in our lives, we can ask: (1) Is this right for me? (2) Am I willing to be led?
Although living a life of ease and grace is nice, that's not when we really grow.
