Description

Speaking on the subject of love and relationships, Rev. Catherine McLeod shares with us the teachings of Oshi, a Zen spiritual guide who combines Buddhism and Taoism into Zen, bridging them both to Western scientific thought. He uses the dualism of the Tao to work with relationships, accepting both the goodness and not-goodness in the other, and also in ourselves. In fact, every relationship is really about a relationship with ourselves, and understanding our own reality.

Rumi says, "Our task is not to seek love but to find all the barriers within ourselves that we have built against it."
