• Jillian considered herself a corporate “ride or die” and absolutely loved the career she built from entry level. She was devastated by job loss in 2020 but immediately picked herself up and started her own business.
•  Eight weeks prior to her layoff she attended a Mastermind with Chris & Lori Harder. She turned to a business coach they suggested and started applying her sales experience to mentoring.
• Jillian recommends staying with one coach and staying laser focused. “Every time you start over, you are literally starting over”

• Jillian has been burned by shiny object syndrome. A poor business coach experience led her to scrutinize business coaches more carefully. She says to ask if the wins they are sharing are from clients, or is it always all about them? She says “A ton of my clients make more than me,” and she couldn’t be happier.
• Jillian has an amazing social media presence. She wants to be top of mind at all times and achieves that with daily value-packed posting. She points out that if people are winning with her free content, imagine what they could win by working together!
• How does she come up with all of the ideas for content? She is constantly adding to her notes app questions she gets throughout the day from clients, masterminds, or in podcast interviews. Those questions become content.
