In different seasons of life, summer has meant many things, but it always brings me back to simplicity, enjoying the outdoors, and long sunny days.
In this holiday season of 2021, I'm taking it back and sharing all of the small-town traditions from my childhood. Canoe trips, old navy flip flops, and babysitting jobs. Summer brings back so many memories and now as an adult, it's amazing to see some of those same memories hold true with my kids.
Many of these traditions happen because of the way our small town continues to come together to celebrate. Because of small business support, we're able to celebrate Independence Day with inflatables, sugary lemonade, fireworks, games, and more!
I hope you take time this summer and holiday season to enjoy the moments and memories to appreciate the smaller things.
