I was recently in a masterclass with Melanie Ann Layer and she made a statement that has really stuck with me.
“In the beginning, before I made this transition in my life and my business, I realized I was navigating my life as a response.”
We are business owners because we are leaders in our own unique way. Then our lives become a hamster wheel hustle, moving from day to day and task to task. Think about that leader inside you. What do they want to do? What do they want to initiate?
Take time to reflect on whether you are living your life as a response. Consider ways that you can initiate and lead instead.
