https://amzn.to/3so6lrr)- Whether you love Tom Brady or not, this book came out a few years ago and offers a unique approach to a longer, healthier life. It struck a chord, as the strength training I did as an athlete in high school and into college was very similar to what Brady encountered. He realized that pliability is just as important as strength training. I wish I would have had this book 20 years ago but it's never too late to become more pliable and make a change for the better.
