Well simple! It's an all around Cartoon Special! When we say special we mean special! It's almost 3 hours of non-stop love for cartoons from the 80s, DC and Marvel comics, movies, and good old memories of our childhood reflected in those flashbacks we get from just seeing the cover of an old Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comic book!
