On today's episode of the Soul Aligned Business Babe podcast I talk about the fact that you're not really thinking your thoughts. This might sound like an abstract concept, but the more we understand the nature of our reality the more we take back our power. Your thoughts are being received, and it's your energetic frequency that determines what thoughts you attract. Thoughts are being carried on waves of energy, like wifi.
There is a famous quote by Albert Einstein that I love, "No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it". The energetic frequency or level of consciousness we are operating in determines what thoughts we receive. We are all connected to an infinite stream of consciousness and when we tap into a different level of consciousness new thoughts will be downloaded. Knowing how to shift the frequency you're receiving will shift your life.
