On today's episode of the Soul Aligned Business Babe podcast I talk about scaling past the plateau. If you're a highly ambitious woman and have already achieved a certain level of success in your business then chances are you might have hit a plateau. I see this time and time again, and what I find is lying underneath it all is the fear of success. The fear of what it's going to take to get there.
Today is all about understanding that the next level is available to you right now, without any more hard work or sacrifice. When you're aligned it will be yours, but when you fear the next level you will stop yourself from achieving it. So often I see women who have huge ambitions to reach a new level in their business but are afraid of the how. Afraid of what it could take to get there or what they might have to give up along the way. I promise sacrifice is not necessary, only alignment.
