On today's episode of the Soul Aligned Business Babe podcast I talk about fear in a new way. Fear is inevitable. It will always be. It's a part of the human experience. Our subconscious mind is designed to keep us safe, to protect us, it's not designed to help us succeed. It's always going to see fear and to try and stop you, to keep you safe. BUT you have a choice. Keep choosing the same fears or choose a new one? 

Today is all about understanding that you have the choice which fear you choose and whether or not you let fear stop you or drive you. Fear will always be there. Your biggest decision is are you going to choose the same fears keeping your life to stay the same? Or will you choose the fear of the unknown? The fear of expansion?
