On today's episode of the Soul Aligned Business Babe podcast I share a candid chat about my journey of realisation and giving myself permission to dream. For a large part of my adult life I didn't dream. I felt like this was it. This was my lot in life, this was what was available. It wasn't until I had my daughter that everything changed for me.
Today I share how differently I feel about my life now. How just the thought of what's possible for me, for all of us, literally brings me to tears. I almost cried a few times while recording this. When you open your heart and your mind to the infinite possibilities of what's possible, when you stop limiting yourself, your whole life can change. You don't need to see the whole path, in fact I can guarantee that you won't be able to, you just need to take the first step and to truly give yourself permission to dream.
