You choose your resistance, you choose what blocks your flow and you can just as easily choose to release it. Resistance is simply the stories that we tell ourselves and understanding this is everything.

Often people think they are focusing on what they want, but they are actually focusing on what they dont want and are pushing their desires aways from them.
