On today's episode of the Soul Aligned Business Babe podcast I talk about the feeling of not enoughness. It's often a deep core wound that almost every single one of my clients has had in one way or another. Often it disguised itself as something else; like the constant need to learn more, or over-giving, or not charging what you'd really like to. We have all felt not enough at one time or another, and it's time to let this go on the deepest level.
In this episode I share with you the truth. The truth of who you really are is not about whether you are enough or not, the truth is that enoughness does not exist in the first place. In the Quantum there is no worthiness, no "enoughnes". Everything is equal, nothing is higher or lower, there is no better or worse. When you feel this on a deep level there is a sense of peace and wholeness. The feeling of needing to measure up is just some shitty societal conditioning, and I know if you're here you're truly ready to let that shit go.
