While some people are saying that they can’t go to the gym, others are telling me that they’re making more yoga practices now that they’re online and more convenient for them to attend while still others are telling me that they’ve taken up running.
 
Some people are loving working from home while others are struggling.
 
What I’m offering is that everything that comes up in your life -- the feelings and reactions you have right now are — are ones you’ve practiced over and over again.
