Meghan is a NYC-based musician, sound meditation practitioner, and yoga teacher. After many years of studying as a classically-trained flute player, she fell in love with the world of sound meditation and now creates soothing curated sound bath offerings both virtually and in-person. Also combining sound work and mindful movement, Meghan works with clients one-on-one on their private yoga and sound meditation practices.
