This week was a challenge episode, and we challenged ourselves to find ways to put more exercise into our week. There has been a heap of research out recently that talks about how bad it is to sit for extended periods of time, as we do as authors. This also applies to someone who sits for 8 hours a day and goes to the gym for an hour a day, and considers themselves quite fit. 

So this week we talk about the things that we do to get ourselves out and about, standing, walking and exercising - so that we can stay fit and healthy!
