If I asked you to measure your happiness on a scale of 1 to 10 right now, what would you say? 

In this episode I talk about how you can set up your own happiness scale, and use it to help you measure your own happiness and put your goals into perspective. Are you only a 3? Stop trying to leapfrog straight to 10 - what would get you to a 4, or a 5? Focus on improving your happiness one step at a time! 

I am going to give you some practical steps you can take to measure your own happiness, including: 

1. Draw your own happiness scale, with 1 being the worst time in your life and 10 being the best. Where does today fit? 

2. Track your emotional energy and use it to guide your happiness. 

3. The Spoon Theory
